Site prices start at $29,900 and depend on the proximity of the site to the lake, the amount of privacy, and the size of the site.

There are many financing tools available, including consumer loans, home equity, or line of credit.

Lots can also be purchased through private financing, with only 15% down and low monthly payments. The typical lot would have a monthly payment of $250.
